Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To start that process, please contact us at yourancientremedy@gmail.com

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yourancientremedy@gmail.com

 

Note - Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. We cannot be held liable for products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time. We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.


NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
