Shipping policy

UPDATE 1/27/21 - As it relates to the 2020 holiday season into 2021& COVID:
We have temporarily removed Express Shipping and tracking may not be available due to the extreme delays  in scanning and delivery the post office is currently experiencing. 

 

After payment is processed, ships within 1-3 business days! Tracking service available and will be sent to the email you provide (excludes holidays and weekends). All orders are processed in which the order they are received.

If no tracking activity is present, please allow 24hrs for tracking information to update.

Packaging & handling costs all included in shipping fee. Please ensure your home address is very accurate upon checkout as this is essential for timely delivery. If wrong address is entered after purchase, please email support@YARemedy.com ASAP!

Please note, once packages are scanned into USPS system and left in their possession, Your Ancient Remedy no longer has control over that package thereafter. If any delays or misplacements also happen, Your Ancient Remedy cannot do anything as the responsibility of that particular package falls over to USPS, therefore, call USPS customer service with your tracking # in hand for any questions or concerns.
